Description of problem:
Developer Guide, section Ruby - 3.3.9. There is one example package called "ruby-qmf" but it is missing in RHEL-6.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look for "ruby-qmf" in Developer Guide
  
Actual results:
"ruby-qmf" is present as example package

Expected results:
There shouldn't be packages which aren't presented in RHEL-6.1

There is also package mentioned in the Guide, called "ruby-dbus", what I can't find.
