Description of problem:
everytime i file a bug via abrt, it reports something similar to:
Need writable directory, but '/var/spool/abrt/oops-2011-05-04-19:13:24-940-0' is not writable. Move it to '/home/user/.abrt/spool' and operate on the moved copy?
