In Deployment guide (0.5) I found that on page 22 it refers the section 5.5.2 which does not exist. Please make it available and correct the doc.

Beaker's documentation is now published using Sphinx and has been substantially improved over the last few releases. So this particular problem (and many others) are fixed now.
