File: backtrace
Package: yelp-1:2.30.2-1.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1.I don't know how it happened. I was online with Firefox, looking for file syncing software when it happened. 2. 3. Package: yelp-1:2.30.2-1.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. Brought up Help documentation for Conduit 2. Select choice #4 (network) 3. crash Comment ----- seems to happen everytime w/ F14 on 2 different computers. Same "Conduit" help file. Package: yelp-1:2.30.2-1.fc14 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 0. Had worked/opened 6 wins on R_Dsktp and had open 4 Wins on L_Dsktp 1. Surffed The Internet in Chrome 2. Minimized Chrome 3. Clicked with mouse on a patch of Desktop up-right on monitor 4. Pressed F1 5. Help window opened, wrote: show desktop 6. Pressed Enter 7. Searching started, than app crashed, this is the result.- Comment ----- Ran F1 (Linux help) and tried to find command to minimize all windows on the right desktop, if it exists at all in this unix distro F14 with all kinds of upgrades alredy. Machine ran since morning. Samba ran too, and 3 command wins, and gedit with 5 open files, the rest were regular "file" windows. Forgot to mention that it did not crash after click on blue shortcut "GNU General Public License". I repeated all of the above and now I am waiting for the result. I am watching a square on botom bar, where some application is showing a life saving west and says "Loading..." Had not finished yet. I am waiting for the result for 5 minutes, which is too long. I am just going to kill it, and hard reset the machine. Finaly gave up! Closed the help window regularly. After >30min did not show any help whatsoever. Package: yelp-1:2.30.2-1.fc14 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1.незнаю !!! 2. 3. This message is a notice that Fedora 14 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 14. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version' of '14' have been closed as WONTFIX. (Please note: Our normal process is to give advanced warning of this occurring, but we forgot to do that. A thousand apologies.) Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, feel free to reopen this bug and simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version. Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were unable to fix it before Fedora 14 reached end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged to click on "Clone This Bug" (top right of this page) and open it against that version of Fedora. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete. The process we are following is described here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping |
