Chris, please provide a patch against the tomcat6 package.  Looking at current master, I see a few MANIFEST patches.

You can use fedpkg [1] or Eclipse Fedora Packager [2] to clone the package sources.

Chris, 
please never use manifests with checksums(sha) in them. Our builds will differ and this will cause validation errors.
