Description of problem:
synaptic (yum installed in sugar-terminal) to netinstall of sugar-desktop only
gnome-desktop deselected in custom install

has error;

E: failed to stat /var/lib/rpm/packages.rpm-fstat(2 no such file or directory)
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened

 Sugar runs correctly as standalone

This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no
