File: backtrace
Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. Inserted blank DVD+-RW in DVD+-RW drive 2. Opened "Blank CD/DVD" icon from desktop 3. Dragged ISO file into burn folder 4. Click "Burn" Package: nautilus-3.0.1.1-1.fc15 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- I was about to write iso image to CD-R. Clicking "Write" button, then nautilus clashed. Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. dragged an iso image onto a blank DVD Disk 2. told it to burn contents 3. Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. Trying to write a iso image to DVD 2. This problem occurred on another Fedora 14 system also 3. Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. Loaded blank CD-R into drive 2. Dragged nfs-mounted live CD (tails 7.2) into nautilus 3. Clicked "burn contents" Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1.record dvd 2. 3. Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. unknown 2. 3. Package: nautilus-3.0.2-1.fc15 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- 1. Copy an .iso file in CD-DVD creator 2. Push on the Write btn and then onto to copy the ISO content. 3. Crash ... it happens every time (100% reproducible) Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. Drag CentOS 6.0 i386 DVD image to the DVD burner window. 2. Attempt to burn the contents of the ISO to DVD+R 3. Comment ----- The CentOS 6.0 DVD image is slightly too large for DVD+R media, but it does fit on DVD-R media. Unfortunately, I did not know that before attempting the burn. Brasero should be smart enough to detect if the media is too large instead of seg faulting. Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. Drag CentOS 6.0 i686 DVD image to recently-inserted blank DVD-R media folder 2. Attempt to burn contents of DVD image (rather than the file) 3. Comment ----- This time I attempted to burn an image that cdrecord has no trouble with. Perhaps burning media with nautilus is totally broken in Fedora 14. Package: nautilus-2.32.2.1-2.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1.Insert blank DVD in Memorex DVR Recorder 2.Use D/DVD creator to burn iso file 3. error Backtrace analysis found this bug to be similar to bug #684656, closing as duplicate.
