Description of problem:

when executing a test case run we have a place to add bug # for a failed case please add to this dialog a check box asking the user if he like to add comment for the bug# in Bugzilla.

default should be unchecked (
if the user check this checkbox a comment will be added to the BZ.

Not at duplicate of 769271.  I think Yaniv is asking for the corollary of what that bug implemented.  We need to be able to file a bug from TCMS during a test run for a failure and have that bug linked to the test case run.
