PXE boot gives:

    The following problem occurred on line 127 of the kickstart file:

    Section does not end with %end

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
f15 TC1 x86_64

The install does continue, so it is not fatal

This is not a bug.  You need to terminate your scriptlets and package sections of your kickstart file with %end.  This has been a warning for a long, long time now.
