Description of problem:
Cannot create kickstart of RHEL4 - I cannot get pass Step 1 - error message when clicking Next reads: "Para-Virtualization is unsupported with the selected kickstart tree or distribution." Even thou no virtualization is selected.

Satellite-5.4.1-RHEL6-re20110504.0-x86_64-embedded-oracle.iso

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync RHEL4 i386 channel and RHN Tools channel
2. Go Systems > Kickstart > Create New Kickstart
3. Select base channel RHEL4 and kickstartable tree ks-rhel-i386-as-u8 and virtualization type None
4. Click Next
  
Actual results:
Error: Para-Virtualization is unsupported with the selected kickstart tree or distribution.

Expected results:
Step 2 of kickstart creation
