Description of problem:

rhnreg_ks "--activationkey" option in the %Post section of the kickstart.cfg quits the while the activation process with the following error.

Error Message:
Registration failed: RHN Software Management service entitlements exhausted
Error Class Code: 91
Error Class Info: Registration token unable to entitle system: maximum membership exceeded 

This is incorrect - because the Management Entitlement is present and valid. 
There are enough Slots available.

1. Try to activate your machines via --activationkey on the RHN-Proxy

Expected results:

Successful activation of the kickstarted machine without the need to deliver username and password via the ks.cfg

I tried the described steps to reproduce and I was able to register to RHN
without any problems.

Unless I have a more detailed reproducer (the attached customer case
surely mentions more details), I'm inclined to close this report
with worksforme.
