Description of problem:
Hi,
It whould be good to do cloned testrun, where are cloned only cases what satisfy filter options.

Example:
in run there is 70% PASSed cases and 30% of FAILs, and I would like to rerun only failures, so it means to create (clone) testrun what contains only 30% failures, not what was passed. (manually it is unpleasant

In testrun there is option for filtering testcase, what is good enounght and cloning shlould respect filter option (not clone everything what is in testrun) but only what satisfy filter.

Hi ,

this is good idea.

here is another bug about clone settings : bz #685067 

he need to preserve the case status , do you think you need this option? 
do you need keep the status of case ? or reset all case (filtered ) to idle.

Hi,
For me it is better to have everything as Idle to show, that nobody changed to another state.
In case, there will be solution how to change states for all(selected) cases, then it is not important is states will be stored or not.

Being fixed in tcms 3.6

Verify version 3.6.0-1 on englab - PASS 

Steps:
1. Find a run with one more case-run, and open it. Such as:
   https://tcms.englab.nay.redhat.com/run/26465/
2. Select some cases directly, or select some filtered case.
3. Click "Clone".
5. Click Save.

Actual result: 
Just only selected cases were cloned.
