Description of problem:
When detaching network from an interface, getVdsStats reports the interface as 100% loaded for couple of seconds (Rx, Tx).

How reproducible:
100%
  
Actual results:
RHEVM display the host in a 100% network utilization for couple of seconds- while actually 0%.
