Description of problem:
There is a multiple problems with a current presentation WebUI of
ongoing kickstarts.

The progress of the kickstart for the particular machine can be
observed on [Provisioning -> Kickstart] page and subpages. Although
there is a problem with multiple kickstarts of virtual machines.
Only the last one is displayed.

The event for scheduling a kickstart are impossible to cancel.

Additionally, You need to have [Provisioning entitlements] to
navigate to the page. (in case you closed the tab)

Steps to reproduce:
1) Add only the Virtualization entitlement
2) Schedule a kickstart of a virtual guest
4) Close the window
5) Try to cancel or supervise one of the kickstart

Actual results:
unable to cancel/observe a kickstart

Expected results:
able to cancel/observe kickstart

Another related problem:

After successful kickstart of a virtualized guest 'Session Status' page
for both host-system and new-guest-system is the same. It's confusing.
Someone looking at the 'Session Status' page of a host system, may think
that the page regards bare-metal kickstart of host. While it shows the
last kickstarted guest.
