The guile package in rawhide is planned for update to a new major release.
In a test rebuild of all packages depending on guile, trackballs has failed to build.

Please close this bug if a new upstream version of trackballs which works
with the new guile is available or if you think the current version can be
easily fixed. It doesn't have to be commited in fedora git, we are just trying
to find out if we need to delay the guile update (or make a guile-compat
package).

Hi,

Upstream is not really alive any more I'm afraid. But it was not too hard to get trackballs to work with guile-2.0.1 . I've just pushed the necessary changes to the master branch of trackballs in pkgs git. So once guile-2.0.x has landed in rawhide all that is needed is for one of us to fire of a build.
