Description of problem:

The "System Connection" box is disabled in the Edit Network Connection dialog

"System Connection" checkbox is disabled

System Connection support works

Yes and no.

upstream support for system connections is there, but it only supports Networkmanager-0.8, but f15 is shipping with NM-0.9

Right, we cannot support this with the compatibility interface exported by F15's patched NM 0.9. We can only support this when kde-plasma-networkmanagement gets ported to the real NM 0.9 API.
