Should be identical and kept synchronised with the production brand package, with the exception of the visual cues for topic lifecycle, based on the role attribute of the topic's root <section> element.


1. Check what div is generated by a <section role="[topiclifecycle]">
2. Agree on a list of topic lifecycle roles with mcasperson
3. Decide on the visual cueing to be used
4. Write and test the css
5. Roll up and publish a development brand package
