There's not much that can be done here if you remove a mounted device like that. True, and it's understandable that the kernel produces an exception for this. Although, a question is whether abrt should respond on this in a "kernel crash" way. Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- Pulling out a USB stick Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- Pulling out a USB stick Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- just booted my computer but all i know is that i have a Nvidia GEforce 96000 and ind install the modules for it. and my pc fails to open jump-drives Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- I was unplugging a mounted USB device Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- Appeared at the same time with bug 709519. Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- Im not sure, But i think while installing JDownloader. note for comment 3, Pulling out a USB stick for "garmin" device. NOT while installing JDownloader. Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- unsafely disconnected a usb stick Package: kernel Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- I unmounted a 4GB Kingston DataTraveler USB memory stick. The unmount was successful, it was when I unplugged the device that I received the error. This is the first time it has happened, so I will try to reproduce it and add more specific details if it occurs again.
