Description of problem:
libvirt error when non-root user execute most python-virtinst commands,virt-install virt-image

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use a non-root user to login redhat5.7.
2.run command:
[redhat@localhost tmp]$ virt-install --connect=qemu:///session -n test -r 1024 -f /tmp/test.img -s 5 -c /dev/cdrom --accelerate --debug
 

Actual results:
 ERROR    internal error Process exited while reading console log output: libvir: error : cannot open /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu3/online: Permission denied

Expected results:
 non-root user can install guest via virt-install command.

Additional info:
 virt-image command also meet this issue:
  run command:
 [redhat@localhost tmp]$ virt-image --connect=qemu:///session image.xml --debug
 the error same with virt-install.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7 and Red Hat does not plan to fix this issue the currently developed update.

Looks like a libvirt bug with qemu:///session
