Description of problem:
When edit or create a plan/case and want to paste some characters after copy characters from other place, an operation "ctrl+V"(the "V" is uppercase letter) isn't work in some edit box like "setup","Breakdown","Actions", "Expected Results", "Plan Document". But the operation "ctrl+v"(the "v" is lowercase letter) is work well. And "ctrl+V"(the "V" is uppercase letter) is well work in other box like "Notes" etc.

Notice: Only when the web browser is Firefox, this problem can come out, Chrome and IE haven't this problem.

Wow, too specific, Gnote could not paste using ctrl+V either.
