Description of problem:abrt send message on gnome 3 to quota limit quota exeed
and to check abrt.conf.After, pictograms disappears.

Actual results:I'm not sure gnome shell crash pictograms a the desktop.
Command that represent pictogtams works 

Expected results:
Existent alls pictograms on desktop.

Actually i'm set on abrt.conf  MaxCrashReportSize = 0 and see what is hapen.

The notifications ("pictograms") are now persistent in gnome3 so it should be much easier to find the reason behind those warnings.
