Bug 705075

Description of problem:

I am trying to turn on WiFi on my Dell Inspiron 6400. When I press Fn+F2 to activate WiFi, the blue LED for Bluetooth blinks for a while and then turns off. I have tried this a couple of times, but does not work.

Now I restart my laptop in Windows 7, and tries to do the same - it works. With WiFi on, I restarts the laptop and boot into Fedora 15. The wireless networks are visible and I can connect to the wireless network, although it took unusually long time. But now the problem is that Wireless Green LED blinks intermittently, which is annoying.
