Description Tomas Hoger 2011-05-17 15:19:12 UTC
Description of problem:
Manual pages in newly introduced openssh-ldap subpackage contain formatting errors that cause man to report errors / warnings when viewing them. No problems are reported by EL6 man, but F14 man reports the following:

$ man ./ssh-ldap-helper.8.gz > /dev/null
mdoc warning: Empty input line #69
mdoc warning: A .Bl directive has no matching .El (#70)

$ man ./ssh-ldap.conf.5.gz > /dev/null

The ssh-ldap.conf.5 errors make that manual page rather unusable, as no configuration keywords are displayed and the man page displays as e.g.:

  Specifies the default base Distinguished Name (DN) to use when performing
  ldap operations. The base must be specified as a DN in LDAP format. There
  is no default.
  Specifies the default BIND DN to use when connecting to the ldap server.
  The bind DN must be specified as a Distinguished Name in LDAP format.
  There is no default.
  Specifies the default password to use when connecting to the ldap server
  via BindDN. There is no default.
  Intentionaly does nothing. Recognized for compatibility reasons.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openssh-ldap-5.3p1-52.el6

Just for note the above errors are printed by the groff package when run with -m mdoc paramteter.
