Description Bill Peck 2011-05-17 16:13:20 UTC
Description of problem:
beaker-repo-update will work the first time but then it will fail on subsequent runs. It seems to be related to caching.

Deleting the cache dir

/var/tmp/yum-root-fsf3

will allow it to work again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.6.11

How reproducible:
Everytime after the first run

Bill, can you paste the stack trace you get when it fails?

I'm pretty sure I tested this scenario, although I was running the script as an unprivileged user and not root. I have a feeling that might make a difference to yum's caching behaviour. Does it behave any differently when you run it as an unprivileged user?
