Description of problem:

The product-id.py yum plugin fails at the end of rpm installation during anaconda. It is unable to create /var/log/rhsm. Traceback is attached.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.95.5.17


How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. anaconda install of rhel5.7
2.
3.
  
Actual results: traceback at end of installation because of failure to create dir


Expected results: no tracebacks

I tried this tree, and with a:

mkdir /var/log
mkdir /var/log/rhsm
mkdir /var/run/rhsm 


in the shell during package install, it seemed to run ok (including
installing the product id)

The build with 0.95.5.18 seems to fix this.
