There are two OIDs which are not used and therefore taking up space in the Entitlment Certificate:

# 1.3.6.1.4.1.2312.9.2.<content_hash>.1.3 (Physical Entitlements): 0
# 1.3.6.1.4.1.2312.9.2.<content_hash>.1.4 (Flex Guest Entitlements): 0 

Please remove these from the certificate generation, and update the docs at:
