Description of problem:
When attempting to install a windows xp guest the system will start the install process but hangs at "Setup is starting Windows"

How reproducible:
It happens each time I try to do the install and is never successful, ever

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run virt-manager
2. setup a new windows xp guest
3. kick off install by booting off of cd iso image
  
Actual results:
hangs at "Setup is starting windows".

Expected results:
that the install would continue

Additional info:
None really... feel free to ask me whatever you need to collect data. It's a standard FC14 install.

HP elite 8000 convertible minitower has the option to enable/disable virtual code buried under security options.. not sure why. But found this after digging around in BIOS. Once enabled everything was working fine.
