Description of problem:
when i try build a package with elinks dependencie throw koji, build fail and in root.log they are:
ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
DEBUG util.py:247:  libjs.so.1 is needed by elinks-0.12-0.24.pre5.fc15.i686

i do not have this error with f14 build
