What are you trying to do here? I see that this is an F13 anaconda traceback (given the version number above), that your upgrade root is an F14 install, that loader is starting anaconda-14.22, and that you are installing F15 packages. This doesn't make a lot of sense. This message is a notice that Fedora 14 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 14.
