Description Ben Boeckel 2011-05-21 16:26:20 UTC
Description of problem:
When updating ghostscript, it wants to bring in colord which brings in sane and other dependencies (which end up doubling the effective size). Since the colord support seems to handle not actually having colord around, colord should also be optional (wrt to ghostscript at least).

Another possibility would be to have colord support have subpackages for support in sane and such so that excess libraries are not brought in by other applications.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ghostscript-9.02-3.fc16 (at the latest; I've been using --exclude=ghostscript for a few weeks or so)

Comment 1 Tim Waugh 2011-05-25 14:40:58 UTC
I've removed the requirement. Thanks for pointing it out.
