Description Paul Blankenbaker 2011-05-22 01:24:10 UTC
Description of problem:

It appears that the honeyd package currently provided in the Fedora 15 repository is linked against a older version of libevent. This results in a failure when attempting to install the honeyd package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

[root@probe ~]# yum list | grep honeyd
honeyd.i686 1.5c-13.fc15 fedora

How reproducible:

Easily, just run: yum install honeyd

Steps to Reproduce:

1. yum install honeyd

Actual results:

Also exists on Rawhide - reported as bug 712446. Does NOT exist on F14 which has libevent-1.4.so.2.
