Click on open 5. For me, it wrote that it's buffering and then it wrote "playing", but it's not playing (another bug???) 6. In menu item "Movie" click on song name to reopen -> it crashes. There are two things that are not working. It doesn't play song from opened location. And it crashes when I try to reopen. Package: totem-3.0.1-2.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- I tried to listen to a music file encoded as MP3 but Totem seemed to hang. So I tried again and ABRT told me it had crashed. Package: totem-3.2.0-1.fc16 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 16 (Verne) Comment ----- I attempted to open a file from the recent items menu, which failed to play, and then attempted a second time, which triggered the crash. Package: totem-3.2.1-2.fc16 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 16 (Verne) Comment ----- Performing this test from Fedora 16 RC2 Live Desktop x86_64: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Testcase_audio_basic The sample file given there wouldn't load in Totem, so I tried this one instead: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b5/Radiohead_-_Pyramid_Song_%28sample%29.ogg That failed to stream as well, so I tried loading the first URL again. That is when Totem crashed. Package: totem-mozplugin-3.2.1-2.fc16 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 16 (Verne) Comment ----- * went to this site: http://fm4.orf.at/v2static/html/streaming/index.html?width=320&height=260 * tried to open an internet radio wma stream with totem (opened the program, not in browser) Package: totem-3.2.1-2.fc16 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 16 (Verne) Comment ----- I attempted to play an audio file (MP3) via an HTTP connection in Totem. I played this same file once before. Package: totem-3.0.1-2.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- I tried playing a few MP3 files. The fix from upstream is in GStreamer, and has been committed in August, but is still not in F16. Package: totem-3.0.1-2.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- I was playing some FLAC files @ 48 Khz and 24bit. Maybe the rate and bit switch represented too much for GNOME to handle. Opening pigradio.com/listen via plugin in Media Player when already playing. backtrace_rating: 4 Package: totem-3.2.1-2.fc16 OS Release: Fedora release 16 (Verne) Created attachment 557991 [details]

Package: totem-mozplugin-3.0.1-2.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- I was playing an MP3 from a website. Right-clicked on a WAV file in KDE's Dolphin file manager and opened the file with totem. As sometimes happens, totem opened but the file didn't play, so I went to totem's File menu and selected the WAV file, which was the most recent entry in the list of recent files (so it had opened it, just not played it) When I clicked on the file, totem crashed. backtrace_rating: 4 Package: totem-3.2.1-2.fc16 OS Release: Fedora release 16 (Verne) Created attachment 566116 [details]

This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version' of '15' have been closed as WONTFIX. (Please note: Our normal process is to give advanced warning of this occurring, but we forgot to do that. A thousand apologies.) Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, feel free to reopen this bug and simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version. Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were unable to fix it before Fedora 15 reached end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged to click on "Clone This Bug" (top right of this page) and open it against that version of Fedora. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete. The process we are following is described here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping |
