Description of problem/actual results:
At the moment, the default configuration of jwhois is missing various new IDN
top-level-domains, some whois servers of ccTLDs changed and some whois servers
provide their output with another charset.

Expected results:
Please apply the attached patch and send it upstream for inclusion there.

Here are some test cases that I run on my machine (the domain names where just
gathered via Google, so I don't know what the glyphs mean).
