Description of problem:
There is written 'RHN Satellite release 5.4.0' at webUI after sat540>sat541 upgrade

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sat540 > sat541

How reproducible:
I tried once

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have sat540
2. upgrade to sa541, up to rhn-upgrade-5.4.0.24-1.el5sat
3. look at webUI, bottom 
  
Actual results:
RHN Satellite release 5.4.0

Expected results:
RHN Satellite release 5.4.1

Additional info:
I used Satellite-5.4.1-RHEL5-re20110521.0-x86_64-embedded-oracle.iso

there is RHN Satellite release 5.4.1 at bottom of webUI

cat /etc/rhn/rhn.conf contains:
#option generated from rhn-config-satellite.pl
web.version=5.4.1
--
verified with Satellite-5.4.1-RHEL5-re20110527.0

Verified in stage with rhn-upgrade-5.4.0.25-1.el5sat
