There was a package dependency problem. The message was:

Unresolvable chain of dependencies:

systemtap  1.3-5.el4                     requires libnss3.so()(64bit)

systemtap  1.3-5.el4                     requires libssl3.so()(64bit)

Expected results:
The system is update.

Additional info:
It seems that
  systemtap-1.3-5.el4.x86_64
  systemtap-runtime-1.3-5.el4.x86_64
requires rpm package NSS.
NSS package is available on errata.stage and if installed manually solves the problem.
