Does it really matter? What is the output there that you are seeing? 

normally both those are pretty much just to say if something should start or not. 

I suppose we can add a OnlyShowIN xfce, but it seems like a pretty low priority bug to me. ;) 
Would you care to file it upstream? Or would you like me to?

Looks like this has been requested before upstream: 

https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4617

but they don't wish to add that at this time.

You could add additional arguments to the upstream bug to try and convince them...
