This was due to mismatched metadata tags and has been fixed.

Thanks Dennis,
retested once more on s390x and I was successfully registered, subscribed and able to install one package using yum.

Waiting for verification on ppc...

Hello Dennis,
Retested on PPC with both stage_test_18 and stage_test_14 usernames, using both isos and installation repo. Registration, subscription and installation of packages works fine.
