Description of problem:
Using the xmonad GNOME session using default configuration of Fedora 15 fails to start up.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.9.2-7.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install xmonad
2. Log out
3. Log in using "xmonad GNOME" session
  
Actual results:
Window saying "Oh no!" appears with a button to logout.

Expected results:
GNOME starts up using xmonad as the window manager

Do you have ghc-xmonad-contrib-devel installed?

Thanks for the report anyway: I just built xmonad-0.9.2-8.fc15
which adds a new xmonad-gnome subpackage and should help with
the runtime dependencies.

Please try to test it and see if it helps.

You can either until it is available in the updates-testing repo
and down the binary packages from koji.

xmonad-0.9.2-8.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15.

Package xmonad-0.9.2-8.fc15:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing xmonad-0.9.2-8.fc15'
as soon as you are able to.

xmonad-0.9.2-8.fc15 has been pushed to the Fedora 15 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
