Comment 1 Eric Sandeen 2011-05-25 15:24:44 UTC
Does /lib/modules/2.6.38.6-27.fc15.i686/kernel/fs/ecryptfs/ecryptfs.ko exist?

Can you modrobe it as root, and then do the other operations succeed?

Did dmesg say anything after the "operation not permitted" error?

Comment 2 drfanatic 2011-05-26 11:25:27 UTC
Oh, i have modprobe as non Root-User. My Mistake. I am ashamed.

Comment 3 Michal Hlavinka 2011-05-26 12:14:42 UTC
yes, I expected it, this is expected behaviour when there is no ecryptfs module loaded. Anyway, I'm working on it, so we have better user experience...
