Description of problem:
I performed an everything install, I then ran:

chkconfig --list privoxy

It is "off" in runlevel 4. This is inconsistent with all the other scripts.

1.Perform an install
2.Run chkconfig --list privoxy
3.Note the status
	

Actual Results:  privoxy         0:off   1:off   2:on    3:on    4:off   5:on  
 6:off


Expected Results:  privoxy         0:off   1:off   2:on    3:on    4:on    5:on
   6:off

Additional info:

So this isn't a technical bug, but I crave consistency. I do a lot of teaching
of Linux, and I hate having to explain away little inconsistencies. :)
