Doc Text:	Prior to this update, it was not possible to set a color of individual labels, scrollbars, entries, textboxes, and scales. With this update, setting a color of the aforementioned GUI elements is now possible.	Story Points:	---

I'm working on the the python bindings portion of these patches and will file another bug once upstream for those
