Description of problem:

When trying to install glibc.i686 on F15 x86_64 there is a version mismatch.
The i686 version of glibc is at:

glibc.i686 0:2.13.90-9

which is lower than the x86_64 version of glibc-2.13.90-11.x86_64

glibc-2.13.90-11.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a clean installation of 64bit F15 GA issue the below command:

# yum update
# yum install glibc.i686

2. Notice the dependency errors as shown in the below output:

[root@f15-64-bit ~]# yum install glibc.i686
