Invalid NFS format

Description of problem:
No format limit when input irregular Kdump NFS location.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set KDump NFS Location with irregular ip, e.g. 10.66.65.10000:/h.
2. Select Apply button.

Actual results:
No format limit when input irregular Kdump NFS location.

Expected results:
"Invalid NFS format" should pop-up when input irregular Kdump NFS location.

ack, just that validation errors should be messages on the form, not popups (there's separate UX feedback bz for that)
