Description Florent Le Coz 2011-05-26 12:36:32 UTC
Weechat version 0.3.5 has been released and contains some great new features as well as bugfixes.

The version in Fedora is 0.3.3, this is two version old, and it should then be updated.

Comment 1 Haïkel Guémar 2011-06-01 07:59:44 UTC
Hi, i updated current F14 package to upstream 0.3.5, i uploaded updated spec and patches into my fedorapeople space (for quick reviewing purpose, i added a spec diff too):
http://hguemar.fedorapeople.org/weechat/
I made a 15 scratch build too:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3103268
I use 0.3.5 for a few weeks and i had no noticeable issue since.

Since you don't have any co-maintainer on weechat, i may help you if you agree.

Comment 2 Paul P Komkoff Jr 2011-06-01 09:38:20 UTC
You ripped off the enchant. Is it by accident or intentional? I don't want to revert it back to aspell.

Comment 3 Haïkel Guémar 2011-06-01 10:04:01 UTC
probably by accident, i didn't update that patch (assuming, it don't compile anymore). I'll fix this this afternoon.

Comment 4 Paul P Komkoff Jr 2011-06-01 10:04:33 UTC
I forward-ported enchant to 0.3.5 but I can't build it - Fault: <Fault 1: "exceptions.OSError: [Errno 30] Read-only file system: '/mnt/koji/work/cli-build/1306922590.817313.cUEICOUy'">

When this is fixed, what if I'll ask you to test my version for a few days?

Comment 5 Florent Le Coz 2011-06-01 10:16:30 UTC
I’ll personally be using any testing version you post in here.

Comment 6 Haïkel Guémar 2011-06-01 11:53:43 UTC
@Paul: no problem for testing your builds :]

I will build it for rawhide now.
