Description of problem:
Satellite 5.4.1 release notes should contain a note telling customers
upgrading from Satellite 5.4 to Satellite 5.4.1 to follow instructions
in latest rhn-upgrade package.

A note like the following would do:

 "For those updating from Satellite 5.4 to Satellite 5.4.1, please read
  the update instructions contained within the newest rhn-upgrade package
  at /etc/sysconfig/rhn/satellite-upgrade/point-release-update.txt."

5.4.1 Satellite books are now available on docs.redhat.com. Please raise a new
bug for any issues.
