Description Gerard Fernandes 2011-05-27 23:20:48 UTC
Description of problem: Empathy minimises on close. It should instead, really close.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
empathy-3.0.1-3.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Windows key - it will take you to the Shell view
2. Go to Applications and select Empathy (or, type "emp" - it should highlight it)
3. Start it
4. Close it

Actual results: It minimises with an animation that fades it to the Activities area. It does not "quit".

Expected results: Clicking on the close button of a window should cause the application to quit.

Additional info: This is in Gnome-3. The current behavior may be quite acceptable on Gnome 2.x.

This won't be changing for F15, since empathy is currently going through the design phase right now for gnome-3.2. Changing to RFE and assigning to Rawhide.
