Description of problem:
evolution-rss shows up in the list of plug-ins and its Preferences are available. However, RSS feeds don't show up anywhere in the side bar.

Is there any error reported when running evolution from console ?
Manually pressing Send/Receive does dialog report it fetches ?
Is default folder (News and Blogs) present ?

I'm not sure what changed; but since filing this bug, the "News and Blogs" folder is now present and feeds get updated.
