The dependency on "webserver" seems to be unnecessary. Could it be removed?

As mentioned in ViewVC's INSTALL file, ViewVC comes with its own built-in server (standalone.py), so there is no strict requirement that a separate web server be installed.

BTW, I notice the main %files section has this line:

%attr(0700,apache,apache) %{_localstatedir}/spool/viewvc

Not sure what that directory is used for, but shouldn't references to "apache" be confined to the httpd subpackage?

Yeah, I think you're right on both counts here. Hangover from early packages and 1.0 days, I guess...

Got no feedback to this update, so this will be fixed in F-16 and above.
