Description Dominick Grift 2011-05-29 18:11:38 UTC
Description of problem:

polipo init script sets attributes of /var/cache/polipo, /var/log/polipo and /var/run/polipo and creates these locations if they do not exist.

Is there anyway we can handle this more gracefully? (e.g. dont let the init script chown or touch these locations? Instead take care of this in the spec file)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
polipo-1.0.4.1-3.fc15.x86_64

Comment 1 Dominick Grift 2011-05-29 18:13:16 UTC
Maybe even consider a systemd unit file/systemd tmpfiles entry.

Comment 2 Fedora Admin XMLRPC Client 2011-07-20 04:28:24 UTC
This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.
