Launch a guest via -boot ncad, qemu-kvm will exit with "Too many boot devices for PC"

Additional info:
This issue doesn't happen if boot guest with less than 4 boot devices.

Given we're late in the 5.x schedule, I will close this bug - feel free to reopen if you disagree.

I don't think there is a compelling case to raise this limitation.
